Usually, yes. A BTO kitchen has no old cabinets to remove and no hidden damage behind them, so the carpentry can start straight away. Resale kitchens often need the old cabinets removed first, which adds to the cost.

Can you replace the cabinets but keep my existing countertop?

In many cases, yes, as long as the countertop is in good condition and the new cabinets are built to the same height and depth. We check this during the site visit.

Do you remove and dispose of my old kitchen cabinets?

Yes. We can remove and dispose of existing cabinets as part of the job. This is quoted as a separate line so you can see the cost clearly.
