Materials for Bathroom Carpentry

Marine Plywood

Bathrooms are high-humidity environments, and the wrong materials will warp or delaminate within a few years. For bathroom vanity carcasses, we use marine plywood where maximum moisture resistance is required. Marine plywood uses waterproof adhesives and is manufactured to resist delamination in wet conditions, making it significantly more durable than standard construction plywood.

Moisture-Resistant Laminate Finishes

We select moisture-resistant laminates for all bathroom vanity surfaces. These laminate finishes are designed to resist warping, swelling, and surface degradation in humid bathroom environments.
